Lower Columbia College marked this decade with multiple sports championships, the beginning of the Chemical Dependency Studies program, and the beginning of the Running Start Program.

1990
1990s Volleyball Championship WinThe LCC baseball team won the NWAACC Championship.

1991
The LCC women's volleyball team won the NWAACC Championship.

1992
The Washington State Legislature initiated the Running Start program for 11th and 12th grade high school students.

The LCC baseball team won the NWAACC Championship.

1990s Student Center Construction1993
The new Student Center opened, which triggered several moves: the old Student Center became the Admissions Center, and the old Student Services Building became the Instructional Office Building.

1994
The Chemical Dependency Studies program began.

The Lady Red Devils won the NWAACC softball and golf championships. LCC Wrestler Simon White won a national title.

The LCC men's baseball team and women's golf team won the NWAACC Championships.

LCC celebrated its 60th Anniversary Celebration with a Campus Cruise, Birthday Party and Alumni All-Class Reunion.
