Advising Services provides students with information, support and guidance from individual faculty and entry advisors.

All students who plan to earn a degree or certificate at LCC, or who plan to transfer to a four-year institution must meet with an adivsor prior to registering for each quarter's classes.

To get started you need to meet with an Entry Advisor. Make an appointment at the Entry Center desk, or contact the Entry Center (below)

Transfer Center
The Transfer Center in the east wing of the Admissions Center can help you successfully transition to a four-year college.

You can get help with selecting a transfer college or university, admission procedures, financial aid applications, housing information, and transfer admission requirements.

Career Center
Using resources provided by the Career Center may be enough to get you started on your career plan. Get help with resumes and job referrals.

Advisors
After your Entry Advising appointment you will be assigned an advisor with expertise in your major. Your advisor will help plan your class schedule, and provide you with your quarterly PIN.
