Important enrollment, admission and waitlist information for students considering the Individualized Certificate Program (ICP).
*Some professional licensing may not be issued without a high school diploma or GED. Please consult your program advisor for details.
When an ICP Field of Study is full, a waitlist will be established. Waitlists are ordered on a first-come, first-serve basis. To find out your status on a waitlist please contact us.
Placement into ENGL&101 and/or MATH 088/089 meets the English and Math prerequisite requirements. In order to be valid, the placement assessment must have been completed within the last two years.
Names on a waitlist are maintained for one year. As space becomes available, students on the waitlist will be contacted via the email address and phone number on file. Once contacted, students are given a window of time to respond (generally one week). If this window passes without a response, the student forfeits the opportunity to enroll, and the next eligible student on the waitlist is contacted.
If a student declines enrollment, but wishes to remain on the waitlist, their position will be maintained, and the next student on the waitlist is contacted.
Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee enrollment. In the event that an ICP is modified, suspended and/or canceled, the waitlist for that program may be deleted. Students will be notified of the change via email, phone or postal mail.
Make an appointment to discuss ICP through the Entry Center by calling 360.442.2311. Walk-ins welcome during regular business hours.
