Look for this symbol when making healthy catering choices!

Our full breakfast catering option starts at $12 per person.

This option includes 2 entrées and one meat selection, along with fresh baked pastries, fruit, juice, hot tea, and coffee. Linens, disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery are included in the cost. China plates and coffee cups are available upon request for a small additional fee.

Nourish Icon Healthy Start Breakfast:

Same as full breakfast, only we substitute whole or cut fruit instead of bacon and hash browns, whole grain bagels and breads instead of white, and egg whites or hard-boiled eggs instead of scrambled.

Our continental breakfast catering option starts at $10 per person.

With this option, you will receive an assortment of baked pastries, seasonal fruit, coffee, hot tea, and juice. Linens, disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery are included in the cost. China plates and coffee cups are available upon request for a small additional fee.

Our boxed lunch catering option starts at $8 per person.

Each lunch includes 1 sandwich or wrap, a bag of chips, a cookie, and a bottle of soda or water.

Our soup and sandwich catering option starts at $11 per person.

It includes your choice of soup, wheat bread Nourish Icon, green salad Nourish Icon, cookie, and beverage. Linen tablecloth for the buffet table and quality disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery are included. China dishes are available for an additional fee.

This price includes one main dish, a salad selection, two accompaniments, dessert, and a dinner roll. Linen tablecloth for the table and china plates are included in the cost.

  • Slow roasted prime rib (Roasted with our own blend of fresh herbs and seasonings). Served with horseradish and au jus sauce.
  • Baked halibut with Mediterranean pasta, marinated in your choice of light lime cilantro or lemon dill sauce. (Market price upon request)
  • Salmon fillet baked in a rich Dijon mustard sauce, topped with Parmesan and herbed breadcrumbs. (Market price upon request)
  • Fresh Salmon Fillet Glazed with Ginger-Sesame Teriyaki Sauce
