Academic Calendar
Don't miss an important date or deadline!

Locate your instructor in the Employee Directory

lcc.ctc.edu/employees

Scroll to the instructor's name and click 'detail'. You will be able to see their phone number, office location, office hours and winter quarter class schedule.

Locate your classroom on the Campus Map

Click the 'Choose a Building' drop down and select a building, or click the building name on the map, to see floor layouts and room numbers.

Go to the Registration Office located in the lobby of the Admissions Center and request an 'Add/Drop' form.

Go to the Disability Support Services Office located in the Admissions Center Room 143 or see the Disability Support Services web page at:

Go to the Student Center information window located on the main floor.

Please bring your schedule of classes and photo ID.

Go to the Entry Center located in the lobby of the Admissions Center.

You will be required to show your class schedule for verification.

Login to the Financial Aid Portal to get thte latest updates and status on your financial aid application.

The Portal is available 24/7 for your convenience. Please check it often.

Financial Aid checks for students who met the Application Deadline will generally be processed and mailed to the mailing address on file, 3 – 5 days before the first day of classes. However, this is not a guarantee.

Students should be prepared for a check delay as long as 2 weeks after the quarter begins and in some cases, even longer.

In the event of a weather closure or other campus emergency, all available communication channels will be used to post information and updates.

If you observe or experience harassment or discrimination, bias, or other misconduct, please Make a Report. Your report will route to the appropriate personnel, who will respond to your concerns in a timely and as private a manner as possible.
