Corporate & Continuing Education partners with schools and parents to provide fun, engaging, hands-on educational activities that engage children in learning new skills like programming, engineering, and critical thinking. These activities include Family STEM Night, STEMtastic, Kids College, STEM/STEAM workshops and more.

Students learn how STEM relates to the everyday world and are encouraged to consider STEM careers.

Camp Crime Scene

Week 3: 7/31 - 8/3, 8 am - noon, 3rd - 8th grade - $59

Dig in to the science of solving crimes with LCC and your local public safety entities. Much like Sherlock Holmes, Nancy Drew, and Inspector Clouseau, immerse yourself in the challenging puzzles of crime scene investigation. Gather evidence, study the clues, analyze the data, and work to solve the crime.

All classes run M-TH  in Don Tally Vocational Building (DTV) Room 201

Registration is required and space is limited. Register today at Camp Crime Scene registration.

Family STEM Night

  Friday, September 22, 4 pm - 7 pm, Student Center

Families learn about STEM and engage in fun, hands-on activities led by professionals who work in careers focused on science, technology, engineering, and math. Activities are for Pre-K through 8th grade students. Free

Perfect for Family Nights, a great way to engage your families in hands-on learning.

You select five activities for your STEAM night, we provide the lessons, materials, training for volunteers and learning objectives.

STEAM-2School can be tailored to meet the needs of both elementary and middle school students.


From engineering and design to geometry as art, students learn how STEM/STEAM relates to their everyday life.

Activities are offered throughout the year, many at no charge.
