Rent a Facility/Space
Plan your next meeting, conference or special event at Lower Columbia College. Several facilities are available for rent by community members, private or non-profit organizations, and government agencies when they are not in use by instruction, athletics, or students services.

Our mission is to provide quality food with a sense of style and affordability. Whether your event calls for a plated meal, full buffet, boxed lunches or simply a dessert bar, our catering team will pull out all the stops for you and your guests!
How to rent an LCC Facility
- Submit your rental inquiry (Inquiry form located below)
- Please note there is a separate form for David Story Field rental inquiries.
- LCC will be in contact with you as soon as possible to confirm event details.
- A contract will be issued.
- Once the contract is returned & signed by both parties, the space is officially rented.
- Event Day(s) Occur.

Upon completion of the event, an invoice will be issued by Accounts Receivable for the balance of your event rental.
Facility Rentals
Lower Columbia College offers spaces such as classrooms, conference rooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls, and lobby areas for rent. Some of the uses for these spaces include:
- Meetings
- Conferences
- Social gatherings
- Training sessions
- Concert or lecture performances
- Other types of entertainment
Wireless internet, audio/video, equipment, and catering services are available if
requested.
