There are several ways to obtain your transcripts.
Get a copy of your unofficial transcript of all your courses by logging into ctcLink, navigating to the Student Homepage and clicking on the Academic Records tile.
An official transcript is the college certified statement of your academic record. The official paper transcript is printed on security paper and contains the official seal and signature of the college registrar. Official transcripts are always sealed and unopened. LCC can also send an official transcript electronically. Check with the receiving institution to ensure they will accept a secure PDF electronic transcript from LCC.
If you took classes at LCC prior to 2013 and your old classes are not showing on your ctcLink transcript, submit an Archived Transcript Request. Please do not request ad official LCC transcript be sent to LCC.
Order your official* transcript online through the National Student Clearinghouse. You will order, pay for, and track your transcript online. There is a $10.25 charge (this includes the processing fee) for each official* transcript ordered.
The National Student Clearinghouse provides official* transcripts for classes completed at LCC only.
Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, there could be delays receiving mailed transcripts. If possible, we recommend using electronic delivery.
