Lower Columbia College provides many facilities and services you would expect to find at a much larger institution, with a safe and friendly small campus feel.
Located on 38+ acres near the heart of downtown Longview, LCC is close to local neighborhoods, shops and restaurants. Local transit provides free bus service to students with stops every half hour. Longview is less than an hour's drive from Portland, Oregon and Pacific Ocean beaches are just over an hour. The scenic Columbia River Recreational Area is also nearby.
New buildings with state-of-the-art technology are designed to prepare students for in-demand careers, including the Health and Science Building, Gym and Fitness Center, and Rose Center for the Arts. An open-air outdoor Pavilion serves as an inviting entrance into the center of campus and provides an outdoor gathering space for students and community.
