Customer Testimonials

Lewis County Sheriff's Office

“We continue to receive positive reviews not only from our employees, but from guests who attended. The training directly related to the core values of our agency and the expectations we have set for our employees–particularly our supervisors–in terms of customer service and working towards common goals. It was a reassuring roadmap for the direction we are taking our agency.”

Robert R. Snaza, Sheriff, Lewis County

Cowlitz Public Utility District

“Thank you for providing training, which I think was very helpful to us. Please keep us in mind for further presentations, as we will no doubt be calling for additional training. Please also extend our appreciation to the other LCC staff that helped us with our day of training. The feedback from our group was very positive and we really appreciate the presentations.”

Paul Brachvogel, General Counsel & Director for Administrative Services - PUD

“Fantastic presentation. I've read, studied, and heard all these things a number of times, but the presentation really made things resonate and stick.”
