Planned Closure

Campus will be closed for the holidays between December 22 and 26, and again on January 1.

Beginning Monday, October 13, Parking Lot B and C will be completely closed as the contractor begins fencing and site preparation of the new CVTS Building. For information on parking and closures during construction go to lowercolumbia.edu/parking

Transfers

Students complete lower-level coursework during the first two years at a lower cost, because community college tuition is generally less expensive. Upon transferring they complete upper level coursework in their chosen field.

Running Start

Running Start is a Washington State program that allows current high school 11th and 12th grade students to take college courses at Washington's 34 community and technical colleges. Students earn both high school and college credits for these courses.
