LCC is committed to fostering a safe learning and working environment for students and employees in compliance with all federal and state legislation.
LCC has instituted a new water sampling regimen to monitor lead in potable sources throughout campus. As part of LCC's lead sampling plan, any source with concentrations approaching 15ppb will be immediately removed from service and replaced. The source will then be retested in order to verify any lead contamination was successfully mitigated before it is put back into service.
