LCC monitors institutional effectiveness through a series of annual monitoring reports.
Data in each report is reviewed and analyzed by a corresponding Monitoring Report Review Team before being presented to the LCC Board of Trustees.
The Effectiveness & College Relations Department produces a variety of reports each year. In addition, the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) regularly produces the Academic Year Report and Fall Enrollment and Staffing Report, which provide considerable comparative data. Demographic and other data is available through the US Census.
LCC monitors Key Performance Indicators through a series of annual monitoring reports. Summary data is also available in the LCC DASHBOARD which includes five years of KPI data, in most cases, as well as targets.
LCC uses a number of surveys to collect data for monitoring Key Performance Indicators. Summary data is typically included in our Monitoring Reports, but full reports are also periodically published.
In February 2016, LCC participated in the PACE (Personal Assessment of Campus Environment) employee survey for the first time. The PACE survey is administered by the National Initiative for Leadership and Institutional Effectiveness (NILIE) out of North Carolina State University.
