Step 1:

Current or Returning Students

You need your LCC Student ID (900 number), LCC username, and LCC password. Don't remember this information?

  1. Go to Online Services
  2. Scroll to Student Accounts
  3. Click Get my Username & Password
  4. Follow instructions to get your Username and Password.

  Your Username (LCC ID) is your last name, first inital (i.e. Jane Doe would be: doej)

High School Seniors and New LCC Students

  1. Apply for Admission to Lower Columbia College.
  2. Get your LCC username and LCC password. Note: your LCC Student ID (900 number) was sent to you in your admission acceptance letter.
      1. Go to Online Services.
      2. Scroll to Student Accounts.
      3. Click Get my Username & Password.
      4. Follow instructions to get your Username and Password
  3. Get an unofficial copy of your most recent high school transcript.
  4. Get started on your FAFSA.

  Allow up to four business days for your application for admission to be processed.  

All Scholarship Applicants

  You must complete the FAFSA in order to be eligible for both need-based and non-need based scholarships, as well as financial aid. However, you will not have to upload FAFSA information into your scholarship application. Get started on your FAFSA today.


Step 2:

Apply for Scholarships

Click this button to enter LCC's online scholarship application system. Be sure to follow the instructions below:

Login

  1. Click LCC Login
  2. Enter your Username and Password

  Your Username (LCC ID) is your last name, first inital (i.e. Jane Doe would be: doej)

Complete the General Application Section

  1. High school seniors, new and current LCC students: upload a copy of your most recent transcript.
  2. Complete the essay questions.

  Take time to compose thoughtful, well-written responses to the essay questions. Tell us who you are and what you hope to achieve. Explain any personal challenges you have overcome. This is your opportunity to tell your unique story!

Start Applying

  1. View additional recommended scholarships you may qualify for.
  2. Click the 'Apply' button on the left to complete supplemental questions.
  3. Click 'Finish and Submit'. Alternatively you may click 'Save and Keep Editing' to return later.

  Performing Arts Scholarship Applicants. If you are applying for a music (instrumental or vocal) scholarship, you must audition on March 16th in the Wollenberg Auditorium located in the Rose Center for the Arts.Please come prepared with one or two (preferable) short pieces. Accompaniment is not required.

  1. Be sure to have your reference's permission, name and email address available. Recommendations are made completely online.
