From engineering and design to geometry as art, students learn how STEM/STEAM relates to their everyday life and are encouraged to consider careers in STEM fields.

Join LCC and local employers to learn more about STEM careers through fun, hands-on activities. HTU is a 3-day program for students who want to know more about STEM careers. Participants will work directly with STEM professionals, visit local worksites, and hear about different pathways from school to work. LCC and our employer partners provide great food and all of the supplies; you bring a positive attitude, career questions, and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility to attend is somewhat flexible; basically, you must have average-to-good grades and commit to attend all three days of HTU.
