Spin/Indoor Cycling with Jodi Reid

Beginning September 16, Mondays & Wednesdays from 4 - 5 pm in Gym 210

Spin is a great cardiovascular workout that strengthens your upper body as you pedal through hill climbs, sprints, push-ups, and core drills! All fitness levels are welcome!

This event is free to faculty, staff, and students.

7th Inning Stretch

Daily at 2 pm in the Rose Center for the Arts, Room 139

Summer schedule has begun and the 2 pm slump is real, especially with these longer hours during summer schedule! Did you know that getting up and moving has an impact on your energy level, engagement, and efficiency?

We've added a cool twist to the 7th Inning stretch! We have punch cards available and you get a punch at every stretch session you attend! 10 punches equals a smoothie voucher for the Fitness Center Juice Bar! Bring completed punch cards to HR to get your smoothie voucher.

Fit Class

Beginning July 8, Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 9 - 10 am in the Fitness Center

Fit Class is a mix of strength training, cardio training, and functional exercise for a full body workout! Exercise intensities and modes of exercise are contently varied to keep the body guessing at each workout. You'll use the kettle bells, your own body weight, the new machines and much more to get, or stay, in shape!

Faculty & Staff Wiffle Ball Game

July 11 from 12 - 1 pm on David Story Field

If you want to play in the game, sign up to play! If you're a spectator, sign up to watch and cheer on your peers! We will have hot dogs and infused water for all that attend!

We will send additional details after you sign up!

Top Rope Climbing Class

July 8 - 11 from 5 - 6 pm at the LCC Fitness Center 

You're invited to sign up for Top Rope Climbing Class. It's only $55! Learn to Rock Climb at the LCC Fitness Center. No prior climbing experience necessary, but you must be 12 or older! We understand that climbing can be a very intimidating sport, believe us, we've been there. Here you will find multiple coaches available to assist you and teach belay as well as advanced techniques. Come and enjoy!

Summer Quarter Fun Run/Walk

July 24th from 11:30 - 12:30 pm

Join us for a Fun Run/Walk!

There will be four routes:

All groups will meet in the Health & Science Building parking lot and then head up Olympia Way to cross over Kessler to Lake Sacajawea. Red Devil Wellness will provide water and granola bars after the event.
