Join Carrie Skerbeck and Red Devil Wellness at 11am on July 19 for a morning “gentle flow” outdoor yoga session to celebrate campus reopening. Carrie Skerbeck NCPT has been teaching various group exercise classes for over 20 years, and has been teaching the LCC Yoga and Pilates classes since 2015.
Class will be 45 minutes in length, and perfect for all levels and abilities. We have capped the event at 20 and you must sign up below. LCC yoga mat included! Yoga mats can be picked up next week, Tuesday – Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm in HR. Sign up here! BYO water bottle!
