7th Inning Stretch

Daily at the 7th Hour (2 pm), outside in the Quad

Get up, get out, and get moving! This summer, the 7th inning (2 pm) is the time for you to take a break, get out in the sunshine, and enjoy some stretching and relaxation. 

Stretching is a good way to improve flexibility and range of motion. It can also improve posture and relief stress, along with many other benefits associated with this simple activity.

Spin/Indoor Cycling with Jodi Reid

Mondays & Wednesdays from 4 - 5 pm in Gym 210

Spin is a great cardiovascular workout that strengthens your upper body as you pedal through hill climbs, sprints, push-ups, and core drills! All fitness levels are welcome!

This event is free to faculty, staff, and students.

FIT Class

Mon/Wed/Fri beginning January 8 at 9 am in Gym 113

Fit Class is a mix of strength training, cardio training, and functional exercise for a full body workout! Exercise intensities and modes of exercise are contently varied to keep the body guessing at each workout. You’ll use the kettle bells, your own body weight, the new machines and much more to get, or stay, in shape!

United Way Softball Tournament

Saturday, August 4th, Games begin @ 8:00 am and go until finished, Roy Morse Softball Fields

The United Way of Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties are hosting their Annual Co-Ed Softball Cup on August 4th. If you are interested in playing the Red Devil Wellness team has registration located in the Fitness Center.

Cost is $25 per player, cash only.

14th Annual Cowlitz Tribal Health Walk

Saturday, September 15th, at 9:00 at Lake Sacajawea

The 14th Annual Cowlitz Tribal Health Walk is scheduled for September 15, 2018 at Lake Sacajawea.  This is a free community event for people of all ages.

  • Run/ Walk starts at 10:00 AM
  • Health Fair from 9:00 - 11:30 AM
  • Healthy refreshments, raffle prizes, fun activities and a health fair! Join us for this celebration of wellness, culture and community!

Wednesday, September 19th, at 9:00 at Lake Sacajawea

No membership - No worries! All are welcome to try out the LCC Fitness Center and events any time between 6:00 am - 7:00 pm.
