8 Week Winter Quarter FIT Class Schedule

ASLCC and the Fitness Center are collaborating to mix things up for you this quarter! Each week, there will be a different type of workout. Look for Spin, Olympic Lifting, Barre, Yoga, NIA, Creative Movement, Fitness Stations and Rock Climbing! All fitness levels are welcome and all Faculty, Staff and Students are invited!

Week 1 - Spin Class with Jill Isaacson

  • January 14th, January 16th and January 18th 
  • From 3:00 - 4:00 pm in the Gym, Room 210

Week 2 - Olympic Lifting Technique with Jarad Miller

  • January 21st, January 23rd and January 25th
  • From 11:00 - 12:00 pm in the Gym, Room 113

Week 3 - Barre Class with Elizabeth McMullen

  • January 28th, January 30th and February 1st
  • From 12:30 - 1:30 pm in the Gym, Room 210

Week 4 - Yoga/Pilates with Carrie Skerbeck

  • February 4th, February 6th and February 8th
  • From 1:00 - 2:00 pm in the Gym, Room 210

Week 5 - NIA FIT with Barb Sudar

  • February 11th, February 13th and February 15th
  • From 8:15 - 9:15 am in the Gym, Room 210

Week 6 - Creative Movement with Barb Sudar

  • February 18th, February 20th and February 22nd
  • From 8:15 - 9:15 am in the Gym, Room 210

Week 7 - Fit Stations with Elena Ross

  • February 25th, February 27th and March 1st
  • From 12:30 - 1:30 in the Gym, Room 210

Week 8 - Rock Climbing with Jarad Miller

  • March 4th, March 6th and March 8th
  • From 11:00 - 12:00 pm in the Gym, Room 113

Spin/Indoor Cycling with Jodi Reid

Beginning January 7, Wednesdays & Fridays from 4 - 5 pm in Gym 210

Spin is a great cardiovascular workout that strengthens your upper body as you pedal through hill climbs, sprints, push-ups, and core drills! All fitness levels are welcome!

This event is free to faculty, staff, and students.

Yoga Session with Carrie Skerbeck

Thursday, January 24th, 1:00 - 2:00 pm, in Gym 210

Instead of the quarter fun run/walk, Red Devil Wellness invites you to an indoor yoga session with adjunct faculty, Carrie Skerbeck! Whether you're experienced with yoga or never tried it in your life, this session will meet your needs!

Yoga provides the following benefits for you:
