Spin/Indoor Cycling with Jodi Reid

Beginning January 7, Wednesdays & Fridays from 4 - 5 pm in Gym 210

Spin is a great cardiovascular workout that strengthens your upper body as you pedal through hill climbs, sprints, push-ups, and core drills! All fitness levels are welcome!

This event is free to faculty, staff, and students.
