Spin/Indoor Cycling with Jodi Reid

Beginning September 16, Mondays & Wednesdays from 4 - 5 pm in Gym 210

Spin is a great cardiovascular workout that strengthens your upper body as you pedal through hill climbs, sprints, push-ups, and core drills! All fitness levels are welcome!

This event is free to faculty, staff, and students.

Target Audience: Everyone


Fit Class

Beginning July 8, Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 9 - 10 am in the Fitness Center

Fit Class is a mix of strength training, cardio training, and functional exercise for a full body workout! Exercise intensities and modes of exercise are contently varied to keep the body guessing at each workout. You'll use the kettle bells, your own body weight, the new machines and much more to get, or stay, in shape!

15th Annual Cowlitz Tribe's Health Walk

September 14th from 9 am - 12 pm at the Lake Sacajawea

Join the community for this free celebration of health and wellness at Lake Sacajawea!

Pre-register to ensure you get a t-shirt! Registration begins at 9am.The walk/run starts at 10am.There will also be a health fair from 9am-12pm. Make sure you register all those in your group to be sure everyone gets a t-shirt!

Fall Quarter Fun Run/Walk

September 20 from 12 - 1 pm. Meet in the HSB parking lot.

There will be four routes:

All groups will meet in the Health & Science Building parking lot and then head up Olympia Way to cross over Kessler to Lake Sacajawea. Red Devil Wellness will provide water and granola bars after the event.

Walktober Run/Walk 

October 1, 12 - 1 pm, meet in the Health & Science Building Parking Lot.

Join us in getting steps for Walktober with a walk/run from LCC to Lake Sacajawea. We will divide into four groups: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Pro and then head to the lake! Remember, to track your steps on your Walktober log!
