Spin/Indoor Cycling with Jodi Reid

Beginning January 6, Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:00 - 5:00 pm in Gym 210

Spin is a great cardiovascular workout that strengthens your upper body as you pedal through hill climbs, sprints, push-ups, and core drills! All fitness levels are welcome!

This event is free to faculty, staff, and students.

Target Audience: Everyone


Fit Class

Beginning January 6th, Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 9 - 10 am in the Fitness Center

Fit Class is a mix of strength training, cardio training, and functional exercise for a full body workout! Exercise intensities and modes of exercise are contently varied to keep the body guessing at each workout. You'll use the kettle bells, your own body weight, the new machines and much more to get, or stay, in shape! This is free for staff, even if you don't have a gym membership!

Every Tuesday & Thursday from 12:10-12:40 pm in Gym 210. Beginning January and going through March of 2020.

"Yogilates" is a mix of Pilates, which focuses on core strength, and Yoga which focuses on strength and flexibility. This is a total mind/body workout designed to strengthen major and minor muscle groups.

Exercises are performed on mats using a variety of small "props". Exercises are performed on the floor, so students must be able to get up and down under their own power.

All Levels welcome, and participants need to bring their own mats. Sign up here
