Franklin University offers the following degree and certificate programs through the Lower Columbia Regional University Center.
The University Center is conveniently located on the Lower Columbia College campus, where students can earn an advanced degree or certificate without relocating or commuting.
All Franklin University classes taught are online or on the Ohio campus.
Students are encouraged (but not required) to complete prerequisite coursework at LCC before transferring to Franklin University. Doing so saves tuition dollars, and provides a seamless transition into the degree program.

Programs Offered: Students are eligible to transfer to any of the available fully online Bachelor’s degree programs offered at Franklin. An unofficial transfer credit evaluation can be requested through our My Transfer Credit tool. 3+1 Programs allow you to complete the third year of your bachelor’s degree at your community college – paying the community college tuition rate!
