LCC's Corporate Training program is designed to provide training and ongoing support to local business & industry. Our trainers will develop and implement quality, customized, on-demand programs designed to enhance the professional and personal growth of your workers. Our trainings are taught by industry professionals, in keeping with the highest industry standards.
The Process:
Needs Assessment: CCE Staff and instructors will meet with you to discuss training needs and skill gaps in your workforce.
Program Development: The CCE training team will partner to develop a customized training program that meets your organizational goals.
Customized Delivery: Training can be held on or off site and performed according to customer requirements. The CCE team can deliver training online, in person, or in a hybrid model.
