Background clearance includes the State of Washington and all other states and counties which the student has lived in for the past seven years.
Clinical agencies follow the DSHS Secretary's List of Crimes and Negative Actions for authorization to attend clinical and reserve the right to refuse student placement. Upon admission to the program, students will receive additional information about processing the criminal background check.
The cost of obtaining this information is the student's responsibility.
