Examines the interrelationships between law and social structures, processes, evolution
and changes in society and laws. Explores lines drawn by democracies in the attempt
to reconcile individual freedoms with the rights of the community. Analyzes and evaluates
issues with basic rights and liberties, freedom of expression, due process of law,
and political, social and racial equality.
