Strategic Initiative: Restructure our operating budget and systems to promote long-term viability, sustainability, and equity.

Planning Category Annual Priorities
  • Implement a systematic program viability analysis.
  • Incorporate diversity/equity outcomes across all Core Themes and set corresponding mission fulfillment targets and stretch goals.
  • Expand recruitment efforts to reach underrepresented populations and continually assess hiring practices to ensure an inclusive and equitable process
Student & Community Engagement
  • Continue to partner with the LCC Foundation in achieving college priorities in support of students.
  • Enhance opportunities for cultural engagement and community visibility through performing and visual arts programming, events, and activities.
  • Remove old logos from campus facilities.
  • Maintain and promote sufficient revenues and reserves to provide sustainability for the College.
  • Prepare for the 2020 Accreditation report, including addressing recommendations.
  • Continue to implement safety improvements in instructional lab and work environments.
  • Continue with implementation of ctcLink.
  • Develop a plan for multi-year equipment replacement/enhancement contingent on funding.
