Current Running Start students who have not used their full 1.40 FTE allotment may be eligible to have tuition funded for up to a maximum of 10 credits this Summer.
New Running Start students planning to join the Running Start program in the Fall quarter can start early in the Summer quarter, with up to a maximum of 10 credits tuition funded.
Registration processes may vary. Students, please check your LCC email for information regarding registration on specific days. New students, please check your admissions email from the Running Start Director regarding your registration process and next steps.
If you are already registered and you need to make changes to your schedule, fill out the Add/Drop a Class form.
See your LCC email or Canvas account for dates and times your advisor is available to meet for the quarter. Your Advisor will help you plan which courses to take and help you get started filling out the Enrollment Verification Form (EVF) (or the EVF-S if you are registering for Summer Running Start).
The class schedule is available so you can get an idea of what classes are offered.
If you need financial assistance, talk to your advisor about the Book Loan program.
Note: You won't be able to finish filling out the form until you meet with your high school counselor in Step 2.
Find out your high school counselor's availability and schedule a meeting with them. Bring your partially completed QEVF to this meeting so your counselor can help you fill in the High School Equivalency section of the form. Your high school counselor must sign your QEVF.
Important Note: You must have your high school counselor and your parent/guardian sign your QEVF.
See your preferred email for details. When you meet with an RS advisor in person or via Zoom you will be registered for classes.
