The student reported Moe is usually riding his bicycle and seemingly appears out of nowhere when he makes contact with her. The student reported Moe has grabbed and squeezed her in a 'bear hug' and on her buttocks. LCC Security filed a report with the Longview Police Department (LPD)

After the report was filed a security officer escorting the student to her vehicle parked in the Triangle Mall parking lot noticed that after crossing 15th Ave., Moe could be seen hiding behind bushes at the Gallery of Diamonds near the student's vehicle. When Moe saw the security officer and the student he quickly sped off on his bicycle heading north-bound on 15th Ave. The LPD was provided with this updated information.

Moe was given a trespass notice from LCC on April 9, 2012 for similar behavior, and is not allowed on the LCC campus.
