About Scholastic Achievement Awards

Lower Columbia College does not designate a valedictorian. Instead, we recognize a small number of students with the highest grade point averages and most rigorous coursework. Beginning in 2021, awards are designated as follows: one for the top academic transfer graduate, one for the top professional/technical graduate, and one for the top Bachelor of Applied Science degree graduate.  Award winners are recognized during commencement.
