Two childcare options are offered on the Lower Columbia College campus:
Home and Family Life (HOFL) is open to the children of students, staff, faculty, and the community, caring for children aged one month to 6 years. The Early Learning Center preschool is a great place for children to practice social skills and start becoming life-long learners. The trained teachers understand child development and incorporate learning into the child's play.
Head Start/ECEAP is for preschool children from low-income families. Children who attend Head Start/Early Childhood Education Assistance Program will begin their education and be ready for kindergarten when they are done. Head Start/ECEAP serves children aged 3-5 years.
