The Home & Family Life program (HOFL) at Lower Columbia College provides state-licensed childcare for the campus, plus an inclusive Early Learning Pre-Kindergarten program for community members.

Participants in the HOFL program must fill out a Waiting List Application.
Simply click the application link below to open, or right-click and choose "Save target as" to save it on your computer. You may want to create a folder in a convenient location to store the file.
Fill out the application and either e-mail, mail or bring it in person to the HOFL office.
