Most universities have a "Course Equivalency Guide", which shows how your courses transfer to their school.

Know before you go by comparing the LCC courses you've taken to requirements at your desired transfer institution.

  • It is always recommended that you reach out to your prospective school's admissions department and academic advisor early, to learn about their requirements. Each degree & program may have additional course requirements outside of your AA degree, or even a separate application.
  • Not all universities have the same requirements for accepting transfer courses from community and technical colleges.
