INJURIES TAKING ITS TOLL
The Red Devils are dealing with a rash of injuries as they get ready for the West Region playoff this weekend in Tacoma. Starting pitcher Nick Lemoncelli is inactive due to an irregular heartbeat. Fellow starter Mitchell Tripp is out with an elbow injury. Starting 2nd baseman Garrett McCoy is out with an ACL knee injury. Closer Easton Napiontek is sidelined with puneomonia. Shortstop Zach Slesk has a shoulder injury and is out also.
BEST OF 3 WEST PLAYOFF
The LCC baseball team will travel to Tacoma this weekend for a best-of-three series to decide the final West Region berth to the NWAACC Tournament. Games 1 and 2 will be Saturday at 1 pm at Minniti Field in Tacoma. A deciding game 3, if necessary, will be Sunday at 1 pm, also at Tacoma

The Red Devils recently had a signing ceremony (below) where five players signed D-1 National Letters of Intent. Zach Slesk and Nick Lemoncelli signed with Utah Valley State. Kyle Leady signed with the Campbell University Camels. Derrick Salberg and Mitchell Tripp inked with Central Florida University.
