Smith Signs
Former Woodland star Natalie Smith (below) is coming to play for the Lady Devils next season. Smith was a defensive force as a shot blocker and rebounder.

Buckaroo Brittini a Devil
6-2 post player Brittany Brown has signed to play hoops at LCC next season. Brown (below) was a top player for the St. Paul Oregon Lady Buckaroos, leading them to the state tournament.

Jade Haas a Red Devil
LCC Coach Chad Meadors has announced that Elma HS star Jade Haas (below) has signed a letter of intent to play for the 2008-2009 squad. Haas is a versatile and athletic player with great quickness and leaping ability. She led the Eagles to the 2A State tournament this past winter.

Devils Sign Alaska Star Allison Horazdovsky (below), a 5-11 guard out of Homer, Alaska has signed a letter of intent to play for Lower Columbia College. She was an all-league player for South Anchorage HS her senior season.

Olstedt in the Fold
Seaside High School guard Marla Olstedt (below) will join the Devils next season after signing a letter of intent. Marla was the top player for the Seagulls.

Smooth Sadie Coming to LCC
Kelso High School star Sadie Salte (below) signed a letter-of-intent to play for the Red Devils. She led the Lassies in scoring this past season.

LCC ALL-STARS

LCC Women
Co-Champs of the West
The LCC women's team saw their season come to an end March 1 at the NWAACC Tournament in Kennewick. Yakima Valley held off a never-say-die Devils team 77-61. LCC outscored the Yaks in the second half, but the deficit was too big to overcome. Nadra Evans had a great game in her LCC finale, scoring 20 points with 4 boards and 4 steals. LCC's season ends with a 22-8 record and a West Region Championship.
