• Provides research based, technology delivered, professional development activities, teaching tips, workshops, and best practices in teaching at the community college.
• Provides faculty with on-and-off campus resources to enhance, develop, and improve their skills and abilities.
• Clarifies the college's expectations for the teaching effectiveness plan, annual report, and the PDU process.

The Professional Development Web site is a center for improving teaching not only through conferences, workshops, and Web pages, but also through on-going exchanges of ideas and practices and a sharing of talents and expertise.
