Limited Services and Deadlines

Quarterly Priority Deadlines:

  • Fall: August 17, 2009
  • Winter: November 30, 2009
  • Spring: March 1, 2010

The financial aid application process takes at least 3-6 weeks to complete from the date of the initial application, provided that all forms are accurate and complete as requested by the Financial Aid Office.

You are encouraged to submit the Financial Aid Data Sheet and FAFSA at least 8 weeks before the priority deadline to allow adequate time for processing.

Documents submitted after the priority deadline face the risk that grant funding may no longer be available.  Also, you may have to pay for your own books while waiting for an award letter.

If you submit an application after the last day for an administrative hold, you will be required to pay your own tuition, fees, and books the Friday after you register for classes. If eligible for Financial Aid, late applicants will receive an award letter after their applications have been processed.

For additional information contact the Financial Aid Office in the Admission Center at 360.442.2390.
