Biological Society

About Us:
The Biological Society provides a community where students interested in any aspect of the biological and environmental sciences can discuss, and get involved in, issues related to the natural sciences.

What do we do?
Each quarter the members determine the meeting times. During the meetings, members will discuss current events/published articles in the fields of biology and environmental science. Members may join in various environmental projects such as biological species surveys, habitat restoration projects, and community clean-up events.

Biology Club Hiking

The Society will schedule field trips to local areas and businesses and attend seminars and programs offered by other organizations, such as the Audubon Society.

Check out the biology field trip to Wake Robin.

Who can join and how?
The Society is open to all interested students, both non-majors and majors.

Come to a meeting. We are currently building bat and bird houses in the Science Building.  If you would like to suggest events for the club to do or request information please email us at biologicalsociety@lcc.ctc.edu.

If you have and questions or comments for the advisor, please email  , Ph.D.
