The Salal Review, the LCCs Literary Magazine, 
showcases local art, poetry and prose. It is produced by student editors and faculty advisors at Lower Columbia College.

Our mission is to further the arts in the Lower Columbia region by providing writers and artists an opportunity to share their work with patrons of the arts through a collection of the year’s best selections.

Our goal is to showcase the best work available to us from the writers, poets, and artists of the Lower Columbia region. We accept written work during October and art pieces during January for publication in May.
