  • Start in summer: Take 10 credits per quarter as a part-time student (fully online)
  • Start in fall: Take 15 credits per quarter as a full-time student (campus based and online)

The BAS-OLTM is a career-focused, applied science degree designed to prepare graduates for positions in leadership, management, and supervisory roles in private, public, and nonprofit organizations. The program is designed for working adults with a range of professional technical associate degrees and a diverse set of work experiences and professional goals. LCC's program will help students gain the skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead and manage others through the study of behavioral and leadership theory, professional communications, project management, workplace and environmental safety, conflict resolution, theories of decision making, change management, ethics, and diversity.

Program Details

Classes are designed as hybrid courses, which means each class meets once per week with the remaining coursework online.

Part-time 

  • Classes begin in July 
  • Hybrid classes are offered Tuesday or Thursday evenings, depending on cohort
  • Hybrid course schedule remains consistent throughout the program
  • Part -time students will complete 10 credits each term (summers required)

Full-time 

  • Classes begin in September 
  • Hybrid classes are offered Tuesday or Thursday evenings, depending on cohort.
  • Hybrid course schedule remains consistent throughout the program
  • Full-time students will complete between 15 credits per quarter
  • Fall, winter, and spring term schedules (summers optional)
