Welcome to Lower Columbia College!

  1. If you made it to this page without applying for admission, that's your first step! If you haven't applied, check out our application options to find the best fit for you.
  2. Watch for your admission email before moving on to step 2. Application processing could take up to a week.
  1. Get Your Username. This is the username for your student Email and Navigate. 
    • You'll need your ctcLink ID number, which was sent to your email after you applied. Didn't get your ID number? Retrieve it with our online ID retrieval tool!

  2. Change your password
    • We recommend changing the given password to something you'll  remember more easily.

  3.  Log in to Navigate to start working on and checking off your to-do items!
    • Navigate provides a to-do list of things that need to be completed, such as: 
      • Activating your accounts, Placement and/or Transcripts, Financial Aid, New Student Orientation, etc.
    • You can also download the Navigate app for your Android or Apple device.

New Student Orientation

  • One of the to-do items in Navigate is "Complete the Online New Student Orientation", which provides more education and resources to help you get started.
    • Make sure your placement and/or transcripts are submitted before starting the orientation.
  • Join the One-Stop Center in Zoom if you need assistance.


Meet with an advisor and register for classes

  • After you have completed the New Student Orientation (and placement), you will be contacted to schedule a New Student Advising Appointment.
  • During this appointment you will discuss goals, classes and get registered for classes.
    • Your advising appointment will be virtual or over the phone, and you will need to be in front of a computer so they can walk you through the registration process.

Have a computer at home and need live assistance?

If you have questions or need help, join the One-Stop Center online in Zoom Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. If needed, you can also call the One-Stop Center at (360) 442-2322.
