Prepare for a career in the trades with a Multicraft Trades Certificate


This certificate will prepare you to enter a local apprenticeship, a skilled trade career, or an associate degree program in the industrial trades. Students who attend full-time can complete the program in three quarters (one academic year). Credits earned in qualifying high school classes can be applied to the certificate.

Degree options

Apply the credits you earn in this certificate to an associate degree in advanced manufacturing, diesel/heavy equipment technology, machine trades, or welding technology. Students with the certificate who attend full-time can complete an associate degree in three academic quarters (one additional academic year).

Apprenticeship pathways

Use the skills you gain in this program to enter an apprenticeship pathway with ironworkers, plumbers and pipefitters, commercial and residential building trades, or operating engineers.
