Campus Housing Eligibility
- Students must be enrolled in full-time courses during the academic year, and in at least one-credit course during the vacation period.
- Students must pay the housing fee each quarter.
- Campus Housing is available for international students above the age of 18. Campus Housing is not available for international students under the age of 18.
- Campus Housing is not available for students with dependents (spouses, children).
Students who are under the age of 18 or traveling with dependents are responsible for securing their off-campus housing.

- $1,811 per quarter (each quarter is 3 months)
- One-time $125 cleaning fee and $100 linens fee are required with first payment

Monthly cost includes all utilities except for cable. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and a student's first choice of housing type is not always available. Does not include meals.
