Apartment Options 2022-2023 Academic Year
Two-bedroom apartment (private bedroom with a shared main living area and kitchen)
- $1500 per quarter (each quarter is 3 months)
- One-time $125 cleaning fee is required with first payment

- $900 per quarter (each quarter is 3 months)
- One-time $125 cleaning fee is required with first payment
Monthly cost includes all utilities except for cable. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and a student's first choice of housing type is not always available. Does not include meals.
