Lower Columbia hires 2-time high school state champion coach to lead women’s soccer

There will be a new face representing Lower Columbia women’s soccer. Portland native and former Ridgefield High School girls soccer coach Steven Evans will take over as the new head coach of the Red Devils, the school announced Monday.
