She lived as a Peace Corp Volunteer in the Philippines, and values travels of all sorts to show her what’s possible and teach her what she doesn’t know. Writing is her ballast, and she believes sharing stories can save lives. Her collection You Can Call It Beautiful (MoonPath Press) debuted in 2023, and her novel,The StoryCatcher, is on submission. She lives with her husband and dog in Portland, Oregon and loves to lose herself in her backyard garden, along the coast, and for days camping near Trapper Creek.
