How to Apply for Admission to the Nursing Program

Traditional RN Program

Students must have completed, or be enrolled in, the required support courses. A minimum grade of C (2.0) must be earned in all required courses, with an overall grade point average of 2.8 or higher. All must be completed before final admission to the program will be granted. It is recommended that all additional required support courses be completed before beginning the program. Only courses that have been completed count toward admission points.

LPN Entry

Students must have completed the required support courses with a minimum grade of C (2.0) and an overall grade point average of 2.8 or higher in these courses.

Application Procedure

Print and complete the application, attach all required documents, include a check or money order for $10 made payable to Lower Columbia College for the Nursing Application fee (non-refundable), and deliver or mail between the posted dates to:

LPN2RN Campus-Based Program Option

  • April 15, 2021 through June 30, 2021 for Fall 2021, Winter 2022, and Spring 2022 admission
