Transcript Evaluation Requests
- All transcripts from all institutions from which the applicant intends to transfer
credits must be submitted by the due date to be considered for that application cycle.
Be sure to complete the Transcript Evaluation Form, as well as complete all instructions on the Transcript Evaluation page linked below.
