Hello! I am Luke Rahn and this is my sophomore year at Lower Columbia College.
I went to high school in the local area and graduated from Castle Rock High School. I have lived in the area my entire life. After I’m finished at LCC I plan on going to a four year, hopefully the University of Washington. I plan on majoring in chemistry and being a chemical engineer.
While school is important to me, I have a few hobbies that I pursue when I am not working on schoolwork. Depending on the time of the year I enjoy fishing for salmon and steelhead on our local river, the Cowlitz. During the fall I enjoy hunting for elk with my bow and rifle hunting deer.
I hope that during the school year I can get more involvement out of the student body and build a strong relationship between the students and student government, making it an enjoyable time while you are attending school!
