Lower Columbia College has authorized National Student Clearinghouse to provide online transcript ordering to current and former students. You may track your order online and receive email or text message confirmations of receipt, processing, and mailing.

Order transcripts using any major credit or debit card. There is a $10.25 charge (this includes the processing fee) for each official transcript ordered. Your card will only be charged after your order is complete.

The National Student Clearinghouse provides official transcripts for classes completed at LCC only. For GED Transcripts or GED scores, please see GED Testing.

Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, there could be delays receiving mailed transcripts. If possible, we recommend using electronic delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Transcript requests are processed in the order that they are received. Transcripts are typically mailed within 5 business days via US Postal Service with first class postage. This does not include delivery time which will depend on where the transcripts are being sent and timeliness of the US Postal Service.

Electronic transcripts are typically sent within 3-5 business days and are delivered instantly to the recipient. You will receive a notification form the National Student Clearinghouse when your transcript is sent.

Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, there could be delays receiving mailed transcripts. If possible, we recommend using electronic delivery.

When ordering your transcript, you will choose between immediate delivery of your current transcript, or you can specify that you want the order to be processed only after grades are posted or after your degree is awarded.

Please be aware it may be 2 weeks after grades post before degrees are posted to transcripts.

An official transcript is the college or university's certified statement of your academic record. The official paper transcript is printed on security sensitive paper and contains the official seal and signature of the college or university's registrar. Official transcripts (on paper) are always sealed and unopened.

Only you may request the release of your official transcripts. Transcripts will not be released to another party or institution without your prior written consent.

Yes, LCC can now send official transcripts electronically! When ordering your transcript you will select whether you want it delivered directly to a school electronically (no email address required), or to a specific recipient email address, or via mail. We strongly recommend the electronic delivery option – your transcript can’t get lost in the mail, you can track the order at every step, and many recipient schools process incoming electronic transcripts more quickly than paper ones.

To download or print a copy of your unofficial transcript, log into ctcLink, select Academics from the left sidebar or the dropdown menu in the upper left, and select View Unofficial Transcript. Click here for detailed instructions and screenshots.
