Parking Lots
Parking for students, faculty, and staff is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in parking lots surrounding the campus.
Facilities projects can affect the availability of on-campus parking. See "Parking Lots" on the new Construction Updates webpage for details.
Visitor Parking
Visitors may park in any regular parking space on campus long enough to obtain a Visitors Parking Pass at the Safety & Security Office in the Student Center. Also, 30 minute visitor parking is available in Lots G and I.

Student Parking
Parking is provided for LCC students on a first-come, first-served basis in the parking lots surrounding the campus. Students are provided with a parking permit each year at no charge once tuition arrangements have been made. Permits are valid for the entire academic year (fall through summer). Students must display this permit in their vehicle when parking on campus.
Parking lots are monitored. The fine for parking illegally on campus is $40. Cars will be towed if parked illegally in fire lanes, disabled parking spaces, or locations with warning signs.
The charge for a replacement parking permit is $10, paid at the Cashier.
Permits can be picked up at the One-Stop Center in the Admissions Building. Proof of enrollment, student ID, and license plate number required.
Employee Parking
Parking is provided for employees on a first-come, first-served basis in the parking lots surrounding the campus. Employees are issued a parking permit upon hire. Employees must display this permit in their vehicle when parking on campus.
Reserved Parking
Although students are ordinarily allowed to enter a lottery drawing for Lot A (Don Talley Lot) at the beginning of the fall quarter, starting on October 13, 2025, Lot A will be reserved for faculty and staff ONLY for the duration of the Center for Vocational and Transitional Studies construction project. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Handicap/Disabled Parking
To use a designated handicapped parking space, a state-issued disabled parking permit must be displayed.

Surrounding Streets - approximately 250 spaces
Includes 15th, 19th and 20th Avenues, Maple Street and Olympia Way. Parking is not
permitted in the Longview Library parking lot, in driveways, or in fire lanes.
