In June 2016 members of LCC's Symphonic Band performed at the 'Music on the Mountain' concert at Johnston Ridge Observatory under the majestic backdrop of Mount St. Helens.

"This is the most fun we've had at a concert yet!" — Rob Davis, LCC Instrumental Music Director

Band members performed a musical line-up of western theme show tunes and other favorites including The Cowboys, Scenes From Billy the Kid, Silverado and The Magnificent Seven by composers Aaron Copeland and John Williams

LCC's Symphonic Band is composed of LCC students and local musicians with a wealth of professional experience and artistic achievement.
