African American History in Song with special guests: R. A. Long Advanced Women's Ensemble and Mixed Ensemble. Varied program included African and African-American gospel and spiritual pieces: The Chariot Spiritual and Jordan's Angels. R. A. Long Program included Scarborough Fair, Danny Boy, Follow Me and other favorites.
The LCC Jazz Band played a dozen pieces, including Bebop 'N Georgia, Take the 'A' Train, Act Your Age and Blue Train. The Kelso High School Jazz Band chose from Orange Sherbert, Moon Over Cuba, Always and Forever, Freckle Face and Symphony in Riffs.
Featuring clarinet soloist Don Nelson. Music from memorable films including: Batman, Out of Africa, The Magnificent Seven, The Godfather Saga, Il Postino, Sodom and Gomorrah and more!
