  • Implement Basic Skills and Precollege integration as part of Guided Pathways.
  • Expand I-BEST offerings.
Diversity/Equity
  • Increase the proportion of students transitioning from Basic Education for Adults to college level studies.
  • Develop new enrollment, retention and progression strategies to promote college readiness, including strategies designed to serve historically marginalized communities.
Facilities
  • Integrate high school and college preparatory needs into design of the new vocational building.
