Monitoring Reports

LCC monitors Key Performance Indicators for the college through a series of annual monitoring reports (see table, below). Summary data is also available in the LCC DASHBOARD, which typically includes five years of data as well as targets for each indicator. There are five monitoring reports:

  • Professional-Technical and Customized Education
  • Student Access, Support and Completion
  • Transfer
  • Basic Skills and Pre-College
  • Institutional Excellence

Data in each report is reviewed and analyzed by a corresponding Monitoring Report Review Team before being presented to the LCC Board of Trustees.

LCC began monitoring the institution in this manner in 1999. A complete history of reports is available here.

Survey Data

LCC uses a number of surveys to collect data for monitoring Key Performance Indicators. Summary data is typically included in our Monitoring Reports, but full reports are also periodically published.

LCC participated in the PACE (Personal Assessment of Campus Environment) employee survey in 2016 and 2017. The PACE survey is administered by the National Initiative for Leadership and Institutional Effectiveness (NILIE) out of North Carolina State University.

Other Reports and Information

The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) publishes the Academic Year Reports each year, in addition to a wide variety of research reports.
