Lower Columbia College's Rules Coordinator oversees the College's rule-making process, including the review, creation, amendment, and repeal of Washington Administrative Code rules (Title 132M WAC).
In carrying out this function, the coordinator works with the College division promulgating the rule for final adoption. In addition, the officer maintains the College rule-making docket; plans and facilitates public hearings; produces the required legal notices for the press; and publishes the WAC chapters on this web page.

Below are LCC rules currently undergoing rule-making and LCC rules proposed for comment.
Lower Columbia College filed a pre-proposal statement of inquiry to update Chapter 132M-110, Public Records Disclosure policy, with changes recently enacted through state legislature, and to make corrections that reflect the new fee schedule, new definitions, request procedure, clarification when a request is unclear, and current statute citations.
Lower Columbia College filed a pre-proposal statement of inquiry to repeal WAC 132M-136 and replace it with new WAC sections Title 132M140 – Facility Use for First Amendment Activities and 132M-141 Facility Use for Other than First Amendment Activities.
